Established 1991. William T. Dwyer, born in 1927, worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 10 years. He was a dynamic civic leader, a visionary organizer, and the founding president of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, Inc., a charity that supports public education for kindergarten through grade 12 students.
