Clinic Information
School Nurse: Vicki Sasser, (561) 625-7832
If your student requires medication to be taken during the school day, it must be housed in our Clinic. Please follow these steps to drop off student medication to the Clinic:
1) Make an appointment with our school nurse (Vicki Sasser) by calling (561) 625-7832.
2) A new Authorization for Medication/Treatment Form is required each school year, and must be provided to the nurse prior to the medication being active (this includes medication from the prior school year). This form is available from the student’s physician’s office.
