Community Service Information

To graduate high school, students are required to have twenty (20) hours of Community Service submitted and approved in their SIS.

Students are to follow these steps to submit completed Community Service hours to their SIS account:

  1. In SIS on the left side, click on “Forms”, and select ‘High School Community Hours Student Submission’. 
  2. Complete the required student information boxes. 
  3. Complete the community service information boxes (make sure the description and number of hours match what is listed on the log).
  4. Upload the community service log.
  5. Electronically sign the SIS form, and click ‘Submit Request’
